Hosts

Jannelle So-Perkins
is an award-winning Filipino-American media pioneer credited for starting America’s first and only locally-produced daily talk show for and about Filipinos in 2006, for Southern CA TV station KSCITV-LA18.

She hosted and produced the daily talk show that was eventually syndicated in Hawaii and became the longest-running Filipino talk show outside of the Philippines.

In 2015, Ms. So-Perkins started her own production company – Jannelle So Productions, Inc. and in 2017 launched her own weekly show “So Jannelle” that currently airs across 3 channels – over the air in Southern CA on LA18 and on US-wide cable channels – The Filipino Channel (TFC) and ANC.

Co-hosting the event is Mr. Tim Navarro. He hails from Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Mr. Navarro started working for the Air Force 2 years after high school wanting to go to college.  Since then, he has earned his associates and bachelor’s degree, and master’s in business administration.  He is currently pursuing language training in Korean, Spanish, and Deutsch on his spare time.
