The Philippines is known to have the World’s Longest Christmas Season. We all know that as soon as the first “-ber” month sets in (September), Filipinos are already getting into the holiday spirit! Thus, the Philippine Christmas Season is traditionally from September to February. It’s no wonder then why Christmases are central to Philippine society, it fits right into our family-centered, food-loving, feast-celebrating culture. Come and join the class to know what a Traditional Filipino Christmas is like; the traditions, preparation, and what we eat during “Noche Buena” (Christmas Eve Feast).  Learn how to make your own Christmas Ham and the beloved Filipino delicacy called “bibingka.”
