Building off of the foundational content of the Filipino Language for Beginners course, this Intermediate Series will focus on using Filipino to complete meaningful tasks in common real-life situations.
This Intermediate II Level will cover the following topics:

[Session 2] Describing People & Places (Compare & contrast);
[Session 3] Making Plans with Friends & Family (Abilitative Verbs);
[Session 4] Cooking & Giving Instructions (Object-focused verbs);
[Session 5] Traveling; Holidays & Festivals in the Philippines;
[Session 6] Riding a Jeepney, Tricycle, & Other Forms of Transportation;
[Session 7] Shopping & Buying Gifts (Pasalubong, Balikbayan Boxes);
[Session 8] Scenario-based Role-playing & Conversation Practice
What This Class Covers
Easy, guided language learning for all audiences. Ideal for those who already have novice level proficiency in Filipino. (Note: Although completing Intermediate Level I is highly recommended prior to enrolling in Level II, the classes within the Intermediate Series may be taken out of sequence.)
