This program focuses mainly on enhancing the student’s ability in learning the correct intonation, pronunciation, and structures in speaking the Hiligaynon language. It aims to develop the confidence of the students in using the language in various communication situations, both formal and informal.
At the end of the course, students will be able to present their ideas in Hiligaynon proficiently , with a wide range of vocabulary and grammatical accuracy.

Cristy hails from Iloilo City and fluently speaks Hiligaynon, Filipino and English. She is a graduate of BS Secondary Education major in English and History. With more than 15 years of teaching experience, she has been teaching English as Second Language (ESL) around Asia; in Korea, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, and Vietnam for more than a decade. She is currently a teaching primary and high school students in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
